8 CPP Film B-PACK DUE was established in 1996 to satisfy an increasing demand for cast polypropylene film. From the concept stage onwards, the company founders strived for a structure that wasflexible, dynamic and professional, capable of providing customers with an excellent service. B-Pack Due Factory total area sqm. B-PACK DUE produces coextruded cast polypropylene film up to 5 layers for the food, medical, textile fields. The company is certified ISO 9001:2000 for guarantee all the processes. The overall production of CPP is about 30,000 tons. per year, which make of the company a real market leader.

9 Technology Machines: No.2-5 layer POLYCAST coex CPP film 4500 mm. No.1-3 layer POLYCAST coex CPP film 2800 mm. No.2 - slitters 4500 mm. No.1 - slitter 2800 mm. No.2 - monofolding units 100% monitoring of the production : Production areas equipped with technical devices to guarantee the greatest level of hygiene. Rooms constantly cleaned and sanitized by qualified staff. Optical system on the extrusion lines to detect impurities with diameter up to 0,3 mm. No-stop energy: B-PACK DUE has recently equipped itself with a cogeneration system in order to be selfsufficient as far as its energy requirements are concerned. The constancy of power supply of our state-of-the-art lines reflects upon the constancy of the product quality.

23 CPP film packagingand Bubbleguard Board: Market Trends B-Pack Due experienced since 2005 a percentage growth over 6% as a general market trend for CPP In particular, the request for CPP for bread on the Northern European markets registers an exponential growth

24 During the last exhibiton in Geneva it emerged that the tendency is to replace wood, woodstock and twin sheet tehrmoformed, with economical, light and recyclable products as it is PP honeycombs (Bubbleguard Board ). As concerns Bubbleguard Board for automotive interiors, which represents at the moment more than 50% of the production of Imballaggi Protettivi, an annual increment of 30% for the next 5 years is estimated.
