2 Organic (VOC) Gas Absorber Organic (VOC) Gas Absorber Activated carbon absorber is an ideal and the most economical device to purify waste gases containing low concentration of volatile organic compounds, i.e. Odor air, smoke, poison gases, O3, SO3, H2S, HF, NOX, benzene, ketone, petroleum gases e.t.c. Typical applications: Semiconductor plant, LCD plant, PCB plant and relevant electronic Industries. 工作原理 本厂生产的 KMC 型系列活性炭吸附塔利用高性 能活性碳吸附剂 (Adsorbent) 固体本身的便面作用 力 将 VOC 分子之吸附质 (Adsorbate) 吸引附着在 吸附剂表面 已达到去除 VOC 物质之目的 本系列活性炭吸附塔 由集气风管 ( 罩 ) 吸附 塔 风机排放管等部分组成 吸附塔结构有立卧式 两 种 处 理 风 量 1000~50000m/n 风 压 损 失 500~1000Pa 废气吸附净化达到国家排放标准 Introduction: Kunstoff s activated carbon absorber consists of countless activated carbon, due to its high degree micro porosity which provides sufficient surface area to remove organic impurities. The completed system consists of hood(s), activated carbon absorber, ducting system and ID fan. The construction is available in vertical or horizontal. Air volume is from 1000~50000CMH. 3 活性碳吸附塔 在低浓度 VOC 条件下 可以理想地去除废气中挥发性有机物 ( 恶臭 烟气 毒气 O3 SO3 H2S HF NOX 苯类 酮类 石油类等 ) 同时有较佳的经济效益 故在空气污染物控制方面 特别适用处理含低浓度 VOC 之废气 例如半导体厂 LCD 厂 PCB 厂与相关电子厂等 设备考虑因素 一 本体 材质为耐高温不锈钢材料材料 本体结构设计符 合完整的基础支撑 顶部强度至少可以支撑一个人的 重量 内填活性炭所制成的专业吸附系统 对于异苯 醇 对二甲苯 乙烯基等有机物质 具有良好的吸附 作用 设备的外部或内部喷刷防锈底漆保护 外部涂 刷鼠灰色油漆 二 硬件设计 在正常操作状况下 活性炭塔本体不需任何保养 活性炭塔填充的活性炭有一个使用寿命 当达到使用 期限后 应及时更换活性炭塔 防止填料堵塞 对于 活性炭塔滤网跟换时间 可视差压表而定 如比初始 压差增大约 100Pa 左右则需跟换 设备的外部或内 部喷刷防锈底漆保护 外部涂刷鼠灰色油漆 若发现 保护漆有脱落现象 应及时刷补 避免生锈 Design Considerations: I. body The body is built by high temperature resistant stainless steel. The shell construction mus t be full pedes tal support. The top is designed to support at leas t one man. In operation, the VOC stream is passed through the adsorbent zone filled with countless of activated carbon. All surfaces are painted with primary and top coat by epoxy paint. Exterior color is Silver Gray 5PB 6/1. II. the hardware design In normal operation, the dev ice is fre e for maintenance. After a certain operating period, replace to new activated carbon is necessar y. Periodically inspect pressure gauge and replace front filter when pressure drop increases more than 100pa.

Determine the types, concentration(s), temperature and humidity. 2. Determine what removal efficiencies are required for the specific pollutant. 3. Determine the total volume of gas and select the model number. 4. Proper layout for manhole, inspection port and pipe lines are designed according to site requirement. 5.
