(MJ Manufacturing) is committed to playing a leadership role in protecting the environment. Whenever feasible, we will optimize the use and reduce releases of Chromium, Copper, Manganese, Nickel and Zinc in compliance with all Federal and Provincial regulations. 3.0 SUBSTANCES REQUIRING PLANS The following substance requires a plan: Chromium, Copper, Manganese, Nickel and Zinc, based on 2011 Toxics Reduction Act accounting information. Chromium, Copper, Manganese, Nickel and Zinc are contained in steel, integral to the facility as a manufacturer of stainless steel and carbon steel fabrications. 4.0 OBJECTIVES OF THE PLAN & ANY TARGETS MJ Manufacturing prides itself on technological innovation in order to produce high quality products in an environmentally responsible manner. We will strive to optimize the use and reduce the releases of Chromium, Copper, Manganese, Nickel and Zinc at the facility. Further, this plan will determine the technical and economic feasibility of each option to determine which, if any, are viable for implementation at this time. 5.0 OBJECTIVES OF THE PLAN & ANY TARGETS MJ Manufacturing prides itself on technological innovation in order to produce high quality products in an environmentally responsible manner.
