AMICOR Overview Near-Term Production Assets: Mid-Term Production Assets: Exploration Assets: Target Regions: Nucla Based out of Nucla, Colorado at the center of the Uravan Mineral Belt. Engaged in fast-tracked uranium and vanadium mining projects on the Colorado Plateau, while maintaining long-term production with a diverse mineral resource asset base throughout the Western United States. Rare earth elements (REE), both associated with some of the uranium/vanadium ores, as well as standalone REE deposits, will be an additional focus. The Company s resource base consists of 13 separate properties in 6 States consisting of over 13,500 acres. The substantial resource base of the company will be expanded through the acquisition of additional premier resource properties. 8

AMICOR Management George Glasier: CEO/President Founder and former CEO/President ( ) of Energy Fuels, the first company in the U.S. to obtain a license to construct a uranium/vanadium mill (Piñon Ridge Mill) in over twenty-five years. George founded Energy Fuels in 2005, listed the company on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2006 and under his direction raised $40 million towards the acquisition and development of the resource base and mill license. He acquired the substantial resource base of Energy Fuels, including the refurbishment and permitting of two producing uranium mines (the Whirlwind Mine in Southwestern Colorado and the Energy Queen Mine in Southeastern Utah). He assembled the management team, acquired the mill site, obtained the Special Use Permit from the County of Montrose and the Radioactive Materials License from the State of Colorado for the new mill. George received his Juris Doctorate and BSBA degrees from the University of Denver and has been a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado since He began his career in the uranium business in the late 1970 s with Energy Fuels Nuclear, which built and operated the White Mesa Mill near Blanding, Utah, becoming the largest uranium producer in the United States and the largest coal producer in Colorado. Mike Moore: COO/Vice President A well respected and successful uranium miner from the 1960s through the present. Formed B-Mining Company, a contract mining company that for several decades profitably operated several large mines for Umetco, Union Carbide, Atlas Minerals, Ranchers Exploration, and Vanadium Corporation of America. In 2006, Mr. Moore joined George Glasier to form Energy Fuels Resources Corporation and served as Vice President of Operations from 2006 to

AMICOR s Strategy 1.NEAR-TERM PRODUCTION: Bring all nearterm assets (Colorado Plateau) into production within five years. Cash flow possible in 2013, utilizing the buying schedule at the White Mesa Mill (Blanding, UT). 2.RESOURCE EXPANSION: Acquire additional uranium, vanadium, and REE resources to make AMICOR the largest resource holding company in the region 3.MID-TERM PRODUCTION ASSETS: Increase long term security by developing and adding diverse assets 4.GROWTH: Become a major uranium producer in the U.S. as wells as a major producer of Vanadium and REE 13

Mid-Term Production Assets and Exploration Projects Near-Term Production Assets: Mid-Term Production Assets: Exploration Assets: Target Regions: Nucla Artillery Peak - Mohave County, AZ Coso - Inyo County, CA Connors-Slope Count, ND Blythe - Riverside County, CA Uinta County, WY 26

Artillery Peak Profile and Exploration History Option to acquire 86 unpatented mining claims totaling 1,777 acres. The uranium property is within the Date Creek Basin area (Anderson Mines). The previous DOE's evaluation estimated the 1.26 billion lbs of U3O8 located in this area. Significant Historic Exploration: Over 400 holes have been drilled by Santa Fe Mining, Jacquays Mining, Homestake Mining, Getty Oil etc. New Recent Exploration: In 2007, exploration was conducted with 34 additional drilling holes to verify historic drilling and further delineate mineralization. 27

Coso Project Profile and Exploration History The mine is within the active producing mining district of Inyo County, CA. Option to acquire 189 federal unpatented mining claims totaling over 3,700 acres and 2 state leases, 838 acres in the mining district of Inyo County, CA. The project including exploration and an engineered design had been completed by Western Nuclear, Pioneer Resources, Federal Resources, and Union Pacific Mining Energy in 1970 s. Historic exploration records indicate 5.5 million lbs of U3O8 grading 0.07%. 28

Connors-Slope County, ND Option to acquire 1,026 acre Uranium project leased from private owners. Deposits at Connors are shallow formations and more readily recoverable. Similarly, existing sandstone In-Situ Recovery projects have reserves and resources exceeding 103 million lbs U3O8. The largest is in excess of 40 million lbs U3O8. Uranium Mineralization delineated by 250 historic drill holes. Project has both open pit and In-Situ recovery potential. 29

Blythe Project Profile and Exploration History Option to acquire 66 federal unpatented mining claims over 1,300 acres. The area covers three historic mines operated by Humbug Mining and Bokum Corporation (Safranke, McCoy Wash, and Little Ore Hill) with past production in the 1960 s. Historic exploration records from the 1970's indicate 10,000 ft of drilling shows uranium ore grading as high as 6.23%. Safranke and McCoy Wash have over 7,000 tons stockpiled uranium ore inventory. 30
