4 Corrosion Protection ATB-00 Systems 1 Coatings Roller and spray applied vinyl ester coatings: RC = mm roller coating. RC Composite = 1-2mm textured coating. SC = mm spray applied coating. SL = mm self levelling floor finish. Coatings for metal structures are available. 2 Linings Hand or spray applied vinyl ester based glass fibre reinforced linings: GL = 2 - mm glass fibre reinforced lining. Honeycomb C = insulating and isolating board with conductive face for use with GL linings. Floor Screeds and Renders Horizontal and vertical trowel applied vinyl ester based systems: H-0 = mm thick floor screed. H-10 = 10mm thick floor screed. H-1 = 1mm thick floor screed. V-0 = mm thick wall render. Antistatic Systems Electrostatic dissipating (ESD) systems are needed for areas of explosion risk such as for dry powder processing zones, solvent handling and storage: ESD RC = 0.mm antistatic roller coating. ESD GL = 2 - mm antistatic glass fibre reinforced lining. ESD H-10 = 10mm antistatic floor topping. The ATB-00 systems are available in colours upon request.
