8 Our Focus : On Small Castings AP has: Compact set up which suits exactly for the production of small type of castings (even less than 1.0 Kg) in small batches too. Small batches - effective controls at every process, there is superior material quality of each casting. Compact set up- Metal pouring time is very less and can assure every casting with desired micro structure and better physical properties. Results in - most preferred source for small castings

Fully equipped with Shell Moulding Castings Grey Iron & SG Iron For Automotive, Compressor, Pumps & valvs & other Industries. Specialization in small and simple to complex precision parts with high and low volumes with controlled metallurgy. AP at modern, climate controlled square feet facility includes a Foundry, Machineshop and administrative office. All activities from raw material store to finish casting dispatch are in line and backed by Foundry Process controlling software which records and analysis every data of the production. Newly started machineshop with high end CNC & VMC Machines. Organization with experienced & dedicated manpower.
