The Bauxite characteristics of this area is massive, sometimes pisolitic hard and compact, denser than the laterite vesicular and pitted, displays shades of light grey to pink colour. Entire Lease area explored in G1 Category with the 50x50m grid interval. Whereas, the production and development were carried out from different locations. ii) Afforestation: There was a proposal given for plantation of nos of plants during Second year, whereas only (ten thousand) of the plantations have been done A yearly report as per the format specified by the Indian Bureau of Mines before 1 st day of July every year setting forth of Protective and rehabilitative works carried out has not been submitted for the year Notice of temporary discontiuance of work in the mines has not been submitted. The softcopy (in the standard format), of high resolution satellite images obtained from CARTOSAT-2 Satellite LISS-IV sensor on the scale of cadastral map has not been submitted. While scrutiny of the annual return , It is observed that Ex -Mine price (Rs ) is less than cost of production (Rs ) which needs to be corrected. Whole-time Geologist are not being appointed.

10 Rule 65(1) Rule 65 (2) Any person institution or agency carrying on prospecting or mining operations related to any research in geology or mining, shall inform the Controller General, within a period of thirty days of commencement of such research related operations. It is understood that some geological and mining study was carried out but same has not been inform to Controller General IBM. On Completion of the said research work, a describing the observations, analysis and conclusions reached as a result of the said research work shall be submitted to the Chief Controller of Mines, for mining research within thirty days of its completion, but same has not been submitted.
