4 The range of polyurethanes available from Parts In Minutes gives great versatility across a range of applications and industries. Parts from the smallest component to large pieces weighing at least eight kilo s or more can be produced in less than an hour. For larger pieces, polyurethanes are available that have a slower gelling time to ensure the whole part can safely be poured into the mould before it starts setting. This diverse range of performance characteristics enables design engineers to choose the system that most closely resembles the thermoplastic being used for the end product, such as ABS, polypropylene or polyethylene.
