It contains a high proportion of iron silicides. The usual formulations on the market are Ferro silicon with SILICON % 15%,25%, 45%, 75%, and 90% silicon. The remainder is iron, with about 2% consisting of other elements

2 like aluminium,calcium and carbon upto 0.1%.size in form of lumps mm and powder upto -200mesh. Application ferrous and non ferrous foundries, wielding electrodes,silicon sheets etc. 2) Ferro manganese --- Ferro manganese is a Ferro alloys an alloys of higher portion of manganese and iron with an average manganese contains 70 weight percent. Specifications Mn-60-85%, P-0.15% max, Si-1.5% max., S-0.05% max. Carbon- For high carbon upto 8% max. For low carbon upto 0.03% max. Lumps mm powder 100mesh Application - steel foundries, wielding electrodes, chemicals etc.

3 3)Ferro chrome -- Ferrochrome (FeCr) is an alloy of chromium and iron containing between 50% and 70% chromium. Mostly used for making stainless steel. Specifications Cr-60-70%, P-0.03% max, Si-2% as well as 4%max., S-0.05% max. Carbon- For high carbon upto 8% max. for low carbon upto 0.03% max Lumps mm powder (-100mesh) Application used for making stainless steel, wielding electrodes etc. 4)Ferro silicon manganese Silicon manganese a ferroalloy with high contents of manganese and silicon. It is used as a deoxidizer and an alloying element in steel. Specification - The standard grade silicon manganese contains 14 to 16% of silicon, 65 to 68% of manganese and 2% of carbon. The low carbon grade Silicon Manganese has carbon levels from 0.05 to 0.10%. Lumps mm,powder (-100mesh) Application -- steel industries, Ferro manganese production etc.

4 5)Ferro aluminium --- To form this ferro aluminum alloy, iron and aluminum are melted and mixed together. Used as an de-oxidant in steel making, the concentration of aluminum can vary in this alloy. Specifications Ferro Aluminium- Al % Lumps size 10-50mm, powder upto -200mesh Application steel industries, fire works, etc. 6) Ferro titanium -- Ferrotitanium is a ferroalloy, an alloy of iron and titanium with between 10 20% % titanium. It is used in steelmaking as a cleansing agent for iron and steel.

Lumps size mm powder 100mesh Application steel industries, fire works etc. 7) Ferro molybdenum -- Ferromolybdenum is an important iron molybdenum alloy, with a molybdenum content of 60-70%. It is the main source for molybdenum alloying of HSS steel. ferro molybdenum that is an alloying addition which sharply raises the mechanical and physical properties of steels..specifications Mo 60 75%, Si- Starting from 1% to 2.5% max., P- 0.05% max., S0.1% max., C-0.1%Max., P- 23% min. Lumps size 10-50mm, powder (-44mesh) Application special type steel making, stainless steel making etc.

6 8) Ferro silicon calcium or calcium silicide -- The Ferro Silico Calcium alloy is used in the manufacturing of steel of higher ranks. It also has the capability to replace the Aluminum in the de-oxidation process to produce the best merit of steel and special alloy. Specification - Si-55-65%, Ca-28-40%, C- 1%, S-0.1%, P-0.03% Lumps size 10-40mm, granules mm 9) Ferro silicon magnesium -- Our Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is one of the most important input in the manufacturing process of Spheroidal Graphite Iron. Specification Ferro Silico Manganesium -Mg-40-60%,Si-8-10% Lumps size mm, powder -(100mesh)

7 10) Ferro tungsten -- Ferro-tungsten is a master alloy for the production of tungstencontaining steels. Commercial ferro-tungsten contains between 75 and 85% W. It has a steel grey appearance and a fine-grained structure Specification w %, c 0.10%,si 2-3%, s- 0.05%, p -0.05% Size 10-50mm Application special steel,tools etc. 11) Ferro phosphorus Ferro phosphorus it is by products of the production of yellow phosphorus or it is smelt in phosphate rock and ferro rock in blast furnace. Specification p 22-28%, si 2%, c -1%, mn 2%,s -0.05%, Lumps size mm, powder 200mesh

8 Application steel making,metallic paints, etc. 12) Ferro vanadium Ferro vanadium is a key component in the production of carbon steel used for infrastructure. When added to crude steel, ferrovanadium creates a product that is lightweight and extremely high in tensile strength and wear resistance. Specification -- V-Starting from 50% to 80%, Si-1.5% max., Al-1% max., S-0.04% max., Carbon-0.1% max. Lumps size mm 13) Ferro boron -- A binary alloy of iron with a boron content of 17.5% to 20%. It is the lowest cost boron additive for steel and other ferrous metals.
