2 Background of the forum 12th Five- Year Development Plan for New Material Industry and 12th Five- Year Development Plan for Aluminum Industry issued in 2012 will encourage to greatly develop aluminum deep processing products and to promote aluminum fabrication industry to further extend industrial chain.
