6 Requirements for eco-friendly products 6 ELV Directive, WEEE Directive, RoHS Directive: Regulate toxic materials in deposits REACH regulation: Regulate the use of toxic materials Chromic acid: SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) If not approved after application, can t be used Considering future regulations about chemicals for plating, alternative eco-friendly methods are highly demanded.
