3 1. Description. OXYLINE and OXYLINE PLUS is a series of the most modern iron removal systems available on the market. The systems are perfect for reducing iron (dissolved and undissolved), manganese, and hydrogen sulphide. In the case of the systems of OXYLINE and OXYLINE PLUS series, there is no need to use chemicals. The unit in the regeneration mode sucks the air inside, forming an air bag in the bottle. The effect of aeration is excellent reduction of iron, manganese and hydrogen sulphide. This solution eliminates the need for additional application of water aeration. OXYLINE and OXYLINE PLUS are well suited to work with diaphragm water pumps, where the water is not in contact with air. PAGE 2

6 4. Innovative technology. To function properly, a traditional iron removal system in many cases requires the use of chemicals. OXYLINE and OXYLINE PLUS systems have a unique design, so that you are able to effectively remove iron compounds from water without the use of chemicals. A compressed air chamber formed in the upper part of the cylinder of the system creates no need for the application of additional aerators. In addition, the OXYLINE and OXYLINE PLUS systems are well suited to work with diaphragm water pumps, where the water is not in contact with air. PAGE 5

8 6. Why it is beneficial to use the OXYLINE and OXYLINE PLUS systems - iron and manganese. Water containing iron: Water containing iron and manganese is very harmful for the human body. Salts of iron and manganese can adversely affect the digestive system, heart, and kidneys. Water with a high concentration of iron and manganese is one of the most common causes of deterioration of expensive household appliances (washing machine, dishwasher). The presence of iron and manganese ions in the water leaves rusty, unsightly stains on sanitary facilities. Washing in water with high iron content makes the whole "wash" stained with "brown" colour. Hydrogen sulphide: Hydrogen sulphide is a colourless, flammable, poisonous gas with a characteristic smell of "rotten eggs." It is produced by the fermentation of vegetable and animal proteins that contain sulphur.
