2 01 Stainless Service Poland Our company is a leading supplier of flat stainless steel products. Through our Service Centre located in Siemianowice Śląskie we offer the full range of flat stainless steel products including martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, austenitic and molybdenum, austenitic and manganese, heat resisting and Duplex stainless steel grades. Our Service Centre provides services to best suit your needs. Our machinery enables us to offer coil slitting and sheet cutting services as well as various grinding and special surface finishing services. The current Service Centre is located in a service and warehouse building of an area exceeding 9,600 m 2. We used stainless steel of KARA K36 grade ( according to EN) to erect the building in Siemianowice. Application: KARA solutions are a perfectly adequate response to the needs of our times. This is best certified by the diversity of the users market. Properties KARA: - high resistance to corrosion - insensitive to stress corrosion cracking - higher resistance to pitting - high mechanical strength - higher yield point - tensibility two times lower than that of the austenitic steel grades - easy to wash / low surface roughness - hygienic - neutral material - easy to process - easy to join / weld - easy to form - thermally resistant - better thermal conductivity than that of 316l steel grade - maintenance of properties at very low or very high temperatures (cryogenic properties) - various surfaces finishes and shapes - perfect aesthetic (modernity, lightness, prestige) - favourable cost-to-effect ratio - degradable material Industry applications: first processing (pipes, flat bars ), processing industry (chemical, petrochemical), nuclear engineering, railway equipment (trains, underground etc.), cisterns, containers (tanks, cooling tanks etc.), food containers, beer kegs, equipment for various food processing, The facade of our service centre in Siemianowice was made of K36.
