Special Gauges like woodruff width Gauges & crankpin width Gauges in Carbide are most suitable to crankshaft manufacturers. Square Gauges in carbide also offered. Most reliable & widely used to overcome inconsistent blue matching which requires skill. Typical Applications : a) ISO Tapers : Supplied with 3 pairs of jet so as to find out convex / concave nature of component. For Tool holders, for machine Spindle. b) MT Tapers: Morse taper can be measured. c) Automobile components. B) BEARING THICKNESS MEASUREMENT For checking radial thickness of shell bearing used in crankshafts. Supplied with carbide mandrel for long life. Supplied with or without front support.
