FEATURES AND BENEFITS: New full synthetic oil, ITM formula: its specific additive compounds guarantee high load capabilities, necessary to ensure a correct lubrication under extreme pressure conditions. New plug retention system PR : to protect the plug from the aggressive agents in the ground and prevent the accidental plug run off. New Seal Groups, built in conjunction with SKF and features a 1 piece design with double lip sealing surfaces. Special plastic coatings, guarantee low friction and long operation life.

9 TRACK REBUILD PROJECTS D10T Pin & Bush Turn FULLY EQUIPPED WITH IN-HOUSE CAPABILITIES TO SERVICE WHAT WE SELL One of the many track rebuilds we ve completed is a full pin and bush turn and grouser shoe retread for a set of D10T Dozer tracks. Our 400 tonne track press made light work of disassembling this big SALT chain and reassembling it with pins and bushes turned, new seals, oil and plugs. New front and back relug bars were welded to the shoes for extra traction. Master links are crack tested to check for signs of fatigue.
