2 Objective Provide information on Anniston Static Detonation Chamber s (SDC) support of Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) in processing explosive components Provide update on studies to determine viability of processing M67 Rocket Motors (RM) in the Anniston SDC Provide update on permitting actions to increase Net Explosive Weight (NEW) limits (Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA)/Department of Defense Explosives Safety Board (DDESB)) Provide SDC emissions data From M67 RM testing Provide SDC emissions data from comprehensive performance test conducted while processing propellants 2

NEW) Ramp-up began 27 Aug 15 Approximate 1 lb. Increments from 7.30 lbs. to lbs. Maximum Feed Events of lbs. Conducted on 22 and 23 Oct 15 Process M28 propellant grains from an M67 RM at approximately 23 lbs. Completed on 7 Jan 16 Feeds of 8.96 lbs., lbs., and lbs. Pressures within recommended values 4
