5 ANNEXURE IV MANUFACTURING PROCESS Dibasic Lead Phthalate: Take required quantity of water in reaction vessel, add Lead O xide in the vessel under stirring, then add required Phthalic anhydride slowly,start heating till Phthalic anhydride gets dissolved completely then stop heating, stir the mass continuously till it becomes white. C entrifuge the material,dry the same in spin flash dryer, pulverise and pack in HDPE bags.
