11 Sintering Equipment JSС «Uralmashplant» offers a wide range of sintering equipment tailored to customers requirements. Since 1934 nearly 160 travelling-grate sinter machines have been developed and put into operation with grate area of sq.m. The company offers: Complete delivery of efficient sinter machines of any grate area with computerized process automation systems. Revamping of sinter plants with an increase of grate area of sinter machines with the re-use of the existing production facilities, foundations and utility lines Supply of individual technological equipment and spare parts for sinter plants 11

12 Pelletizing Equipment JSC "Uralmashplant" is the only Russian designer and supplier of travelling grate induration machines for pellet production (iron ore, phosphorite type, etc.) Since 1964 about 50 complexes with induration machines have been developed and put into operation with working area of sq.m. 14 Continuous Casters and Auxiliary Equipment for Steelmaking JSC "Uralmashplant" manufactures integrated continuous casting machines for production of slabs, blooms and sections with capacity up to 3 MTPA. The machines are designed for casting a wide range of steel billets and various types of cross sections. Since 1959 Uralmash has developed and commissioned over 70 continuous casters. 15 Rolling Mill Equipment JSС «Uralmashplant» supplies technological equipment for hot and cold rolling shops Since 1935 about 300 rolling mills and various rolling mill equipment for ferrous and nonferrous industries have been developed and commissioned in 29 countries of the world. Pipe bending equipment to produce 28 to 1420 mm dia. branch pipes Rolls for Rolling Mills and Billets JSC "Uralmashplant" supplies forged steel backup rolls, work rolls for hot- and cold-rolling mills: dia. from 185 to 1600 mm, length up to 4500 mm, weight up to 55 tons. Maximum hardness: НВ, HS. Moreover, we offer forgings and stamped pieces, steel and iron castings, as well as blanks for shroud rings and rotor shafts. 17
