2 EAGLES Garnet is mined from Almandine mineral deposit sources on the coastal stretch of south India Beach Sand Garnet and fresh water source River Indian Garnet. The pure almandine garnet deposit with diverse sizing and precision processing which can meet all common industrial application. Its inherent physical and chemical uniformity ensures better performance and its repeatability, low dust levels, high specific gravity, cutting accuracy makes it ideally suitable for the blasting industry. Garnet is gradually displacing the other substitute blasting media because of its environment friendly utility and reusability thus eliminating the health risks associated with other conventional blasting media. These high standard almandine garnets are suitable for abrasive sand blasting media, waterjet abrasives, abrasives grains, filtration media, precision abrasive powder and other miscellaneous abrasive uses. EAGLES Garnet abrasive grains support a full line of bonded and coated abrasive products for surface conditioning of metals, wood and most synthetic surface.

3 Cost Effective EAGLES Garnet distinctiveness is in its recyclables that enhances the efficiency and increases the productivity and at the same time reduces abrasive consumption thus leading to significant cost saving per square meter blasted. Low Dust Levels The abrasive grains have specific gravity, exceptional material hardness and low breakdown rate. These ensure significantly reduced dust levels, improved operator visibility, minimum disruption and danger to adjoining operations. Recyclables EAGLES Garnet, due to its characteristic sub-angular fractured shape, is highly efficient in the blasting process. Its low abrasive consumption makes it feasible for recycling up to 4 to 6 times without losing its efficiency.

4 Superior Surface Preparation EAGLES Garnet; garnet abrasive due to their ability to reach deep into the cavities to the bare metal surface provide a uniform surface profile than is virtually free of embedment and rogue peaks and troughs providing improved coating adhesion and coating life. Superior Abrasive Traits The garnet grains have a unique structure that causes them to fracture along crystal cleavage lines producing more angular, sharp edges and eliminates secondary finishing in industries like job shops, glass cutting and aerospace. Better Cutting Edge EAGLES Garnet abrasive produces a better edge quality and can be used in demanding applications where other water-jet abrasives fall short. It can cut netshape or nearnet- shape parts and no secondary finishing processes.
