1 WHO ARE WE? We are a subcontracting company, specialising in the manufacture of metallic components. We started our activity 17 years ago, and we are Certified by NP EN ISO 9001:2008 with the Bureau Veritas since 2010, within the scope of the following Certification: Manufacture of Metallic Products and service provision of laser cutting for sheet metal and tubes, welding and bending. We were recognised by IAPMEI (Institute for the Support of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Innovation) with the business qualification of SME of Excellence in 2012 and SME Leader from 2008 through WHAT WE DO? We manufacture components for the automobile, motorcycle, metallic furniture and publicity industries, including metal engineering in general, working with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper laser technology and subcontracting engineering WHERE ARE WE? 2 PORTFOLIO PORTFOLIO Technology, engineering and CAD CAM competences, structured manufacturing using laser cutting, welding and the mechanical transformation of sheet metal and tubes are all features which enable us to respond to our clients needs with increased efficiency and speed, whilst managing orders. NCP, with an integrated capacity for execution, focuses on the manufacture of metallic components and accessories manufactured on a subcontracting basis.

3 LASER CUTTING FIBRE OPTIC LASER MACHINE 1 machine with 4000W and automatic feeder. Maximum size of sheet metal: 3000x1500mm. Maximum thickness of sheet metal: Steel: nitrogen 6mm/oxygen 20mm; stainless steel 12mm; aluminium 10mm; copper 8mm. CO2 LASER 4 machines with 6000W Maximum size of sheet metal: 4000x2000mm. Maximum thickness of sheet metal: steel 25mm; stainless steel 25mm; aluminium 15mm. GRINDING MACHINE FOR FINISHING Cleaning, cutting and grinding edges. Maximum size: width 1350mm.

4 LASER TUBE CUTTING 1 laser tube cutting machine Maximum length of tube: 6500mm Maximum thickness: steel 8mm; stainless steel 5mm; aluminium 4mm.

5 METAL BENDING 1 variable CNC Metal Bending Machine with 4 axles, 3000Watts power and 2000mm in length. PRESS BRAKE BENDING 2 CNC Press Brake Bending Machines, with 300Ton pressing force and 4100mm bending length. 1 CNC Press Brake Bending Machine, with 70Ton pressing force and 2100mm bending length.

6 WELDING 1 robotic welding cell with 6 axles, 3600mm distance between the plates and a usable diameter of 2000mm. We have 3 isolates stations of TIG welding. Certified manual welding using MIG, MAG, TIG and spot welding processes.

7 SURFACE TREATMENTS We work with steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We also provide the following surface treatments: Liquid or powder painting; Cataphoresis; Galvanisation; Zinc coating; Anodising; Geomet. WELDING 15 manual welding stations for MIG / MAG process. 1 spot welding process.

8 ASSEMBLY NCP is certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard through Bureau Veritas and, in Its facilities with a comprised of 5500m2 covered area, counts with the expertise of specialised operators to carry out assembly services of sets and subsets. METALWORKING We carry out all types of metalworking services for various sectors of activity: Automobile; Motorcycle; Construction and Public Works; Metallic Furniture; Machine Construction; Railway; Agro-food; Energy; Packaging; Health; Publicity support.

9 EXPEDITION We have a vehicle fleet with two light goods vehicles and two trucks to transport larger loads. For the export market We can deliver merchandise in groupage system or full truck.
