5 DIRECT PRINTABLE FLEXIBLE MAGNET MAGHOLD Direct Printable Flexible Magnet is designed for the graphic and sign industry. It is compatible with most of the major printing methods. Because our flexible magnet is anti-rust and water-resistant, and with permanent magnetic property, it can be used both indoor and outdoor. The flexibility of this material also allows you to cut, slit and fold it conveniently. As long as you have an iron base (cars, steel panels, iron painted wall, etc.), you can build up large format graphics and POP displays fast. Installing and changing is very quick and easy which saves you a lot of time and effort, even money! 7 PLAIN & ADHESIVE BACKED FLEXIBLE MAGNET MAGHOLD Plain & Adhesive Backed Flexible Magnet usually has two major applications. One is for laminating, and the other one is to build up the magnet base for the Receptive graphic display system. 1. Magnet for Laminating: If our direct printable flexible magnet is not compatible with your printer, just laminate your own printed media on MAGHOLD Plain & Adhesive Backed Flexible Magnet. You can also get a perfect magnetic graphic! The magnetic side of the flexible magnet is UV coated, which protects the material and the iron base from sticking and staining. 8 PLAIN & ADHESIVE BACKED FLEXIBLE MAGNET 2. Build Up the Magnet Base for the Receptive Display System: There are two ways to set up a magnet base. Installing steps depends on the type of the target surface. Panel 1 For Non-iron Surface Wall Panel 1 For Iron Surface Iron Panel 2 Panel 2 Flexible Magnet with HiPro Adhesive Two-side Magnetized Flexible Magnet Plain Step 1: Clean up the target surface. Step 2: Peel the release paper off the back side of the Flexible Magnet with HiPro Adhesive. Step 3: Stick the adhesive side of the flexible magnet to the target surface. Step 4: If you need to create a large format magnet base. You can put several flexible magnet panels next to each other. In case of thermal expansion of the material, please leave 1/16 inch space between each magnet panels. Step 1: Clean up the target iron surface. Step 2: Attach the two-side magnetized flexible magnet to the iron surface. It will hang on the iron surface automatically. Step 3: If you need to create a large format magnet base. You can put several flexible magnet panels next to each other. In case of thermal expansion of the material, please leave 1/16 inch space between each magnet panels. 9 RECEPTIVE MAGHOLD Receptive is anti-rust and with high density of ferrous particles. It is thin, light, flexible and non-magnetic. The high DYNE value and high white point make it perfect for printing. Working together with a magnetic base, MAGHOLD receptive can be an ideal and smart way for indoor and outdoor POP displays. Graphic Installing and changing will be easy and quick. Receptive Magnet Base 1. Multiple-layer Receptive: If you need to stack more messages or information on the original graphic for some specific events, like holiday sales and new arrivals, you can conveniently attach up to 3 extra receptive layers to the original receptive layer on the magnet base. 11 CLINGMAG MAGHOLD ClingMag is a silicone based cling that can stick on and be peeled off without any remnant on different smooth surfaces, such as glass, ceramic, metal, plastic and wood (Smooth Ra<0.05). It is direct printable, washable, repositionable and with no residue, and compatible with UV/Solvent/Eco-solvent Ink.. 1. 12 2. Installation: CLINGMAG Step 1: Clean the target surface and mist water with a drop of liquid soap. Step 2: Peel off the release film on the back of the ClingMag. Step3: Attach the ClingMag on the target surface and use the squeegee to get rid of the bubbles.. NOTE: ClingMag is washable & repositionable. You can peel off & re-apply leaving no residue behind. When it gets dusty on the silicone side, simply wash it with water and it will work as new. Page 10

15 NEODYMIUM MAGNET (NdFeB) MAGHOLD Neodymium Magnet is one of the strongest types of permanent magnet commercially available. Neodymium magnet has replaced traditional magnet in many of the myriad applications in modern technology where strong permanent magnets are required.
