To implement and monitor the quality standards & protocols set by our global partners for manufacture of the products that we deliver to our customers, we have instituted a centralized Quality Assurance Department. Our inspectors use modern equipment for chemical, physical and non-destructive testing... from procurement raw materials to the final stages of finished-products delivery. Members of our Quality Assurance organization undergo regular training in-house and at the hands of our foreign technology partners. Metallurgical Testing Facilities Our Foundry-works have in-home ' Metallurgical Testing Laboratories ' equipped with modern equipment to carry out chemical, physical and non-destructive testing. ( using state of the art ' emission spectrometers ' ) Physical Testing Facilities Our Machine-shops have attached ' Physical Testing Labs ' well equipped for non-destructive testing (ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle test equipment etc.) as well as other equipment for physical testing. All of our foundry-works use state of the art casting simulation software MAGMASOFT. Information Technology Systems Our group companies are connected through wide area wireless network and using centralized voice & data communication systems. We are managing our internal & external resources using state of the art in-house developed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
