1 Thermal Conductive Adhesive Sealant (RTV) PRODUCT DESCRIPTION TS-9001 Adhesive Sealant is a one-component, alcohol-released, and fast curing silicone which has excellent performance and good stability at room temperature (RTV-1) KEY FEATURES Light smell, and less volatile matter occurred during curing For sealing, little humidity is required for being fully cured Non-corrosive to meet metals, such as brass, aluminum, and steel. Meets MIL-A-46146B corrosion test Fast curing, suitable viscosity and flowability make it ideal for application where the electrical point of contact is of concern Excellent high and low temperature resistance: from -40 to 200 Flame retardant, UL94 V-0 (E231717) Nontoxic, meets the regulations of environmental protection, with SGS certification Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. Primer is not required Fully cured adhesive sealant has excellent dielectric properties, meets UL certification. Test Procedure: 1. Pour 5 ml of distilled water and apply 15 grams of RTV into a glass bottle of 240c.c. 2. Hang a test plate of different materials in the glass bottle. 3. 5 HANDLING AND SAFETY Wear eye protection when handling uncured adhesive sealant as it can irritate eyes. In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes well with water and contact a physician. Extended contact with the skin can cause irritation or harm and should be avoided. The alcoholic gas released during curing may be harmful. Adequate ventilation must be maintained in the work place at all times. High-pressure air is used as the tool of applying the adhesive sealant, and safety issue should be paid more attention. Temperature should be below 35, and relative humidity should be below 80%. Keep out of the reach of children. Shelf life: 8 months from the date of manufacture.
