Will reduce current rejection (15-20% average in foundries) by at least 90% delivering high yield production. Excellent saving up to 50% on energy costs due to complete closed system. BENEFITS USING THIS SYSTEM: Equipped with the latest Vacuum & Pressure based system. Re-filtering de-gassed molten non-metal from bottom of furnace to avoid any oxide in the metal, before pumping. Delivers Pure Oxide free molten non-ferrous o metal up to 1100 C temperature. Maintains uniform temperature directly from furnace to where it needs to be delivered for casting. Will reduce CO2, smoke, escape of heat and any hazardous elements by 95%, improving clean and healthy environments. Will increase Health & Safety for employees. Ensures longer life, as Pump will last at least 2 to 3 times longer than current Pumping systems. Less down time, less maintenance and increased productivity. Payback period between 8 months to 12 months, depending on shift pattern.
