9 Our Products: Non-Wovens Surface Conditioning Belts At Unisand we stock both Bibielle s SCLS product and SIA/Fibral s Hyperflex product. Both products have a tight scrim backing, thus reducing the chance of stretching. Bibielle s SCXF product was developed for small belts. The thinner flex backing allows us to produce airfile belts more efficiently. These belts are easier for your operator to use and this thinner backing has virtually eliminated belt joint problems. Surface Conditioning Discs We stock two products for discs: SCLS Low stretch/low scrim SCHD Heavy duty/blue scrim backing Quick-Lok Surface Conditioning Discs Choose one of the following when ordering: TYPE-S (Turn-on-Disc): Locks on with a quick twist, has a metal adapter with female thread.
