8 SERIES 120 ECCENTRIC PLUG VALVES SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS Valve desig shall coform to AWWA C517 Latest revisio. Bodies, boets ad 3-8 plugs shall be made from Gray Iro castigs, ASTM A-126, Class B per AWWA C517, Sectio Plugs 10 ad larger shall be made from Ductile Iro castigs, ASTM A per AWWA C517-09, Sectio Body wall thickess shall meet AWWA C517, Sectio Plug elastomers shall be boded i accordace with ASTM D429, method B per AWWA C517, Sectio Ed flages shall be itegral with the valve body. Flage drillig ad thickess shall coform to ANSI B16.1 (Cast Iro Pipe Flages ad Flaged Fittigs) for pressure Class 125. Flages shall be fiished i accordace with MSS SP-6 (Fiishes for Cotact Faces of Coectig Ed Flages of Ferrous Valves ad Fittigs). Upper ad lower bearigs shall be replaceable, permaetly self lubricated. Welded seats shall be a miimum 1/8 thick 95% miimum ickel cotet.
