1 SAFETY DATA SHEET 1. IDENTIFICATION OF SUBSTANCE / PREPARATION AND COMPANY MANUFACTURER: CONTEC CLEANROOM TECHNOLOGY (SUZHOU) CO.,LTD. No.17 Longyun Road, Suzhou Industrial Park Suzhou , China TELEPHONE NUMBER: EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER: U.S.: International: COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Product Name: PROSAT and SATWIPES family of Presaturated Wipers, containing 100% DIESTONE DLS Part Number: SW420061/18 Hazardous Ingredients Concentration CAS Number (% by weight) Methoxy Propanol % Methoxy Propanol Acetate 10-30% Petroleum Distillate 10-30% HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION This product is classified as a solid containing flammable liquid and may produce a flammable vapor. Skin and/or eye contact may result in moderate to severe irritation. If inhaled and/or swallowed, irritation of the respiratory tract and/or gastric discomfort may occur. 4. FIRST AID MEASURES PAGE 1 of Diestone DLS 27 July 2011

2 NEVER give fluids or induce vomiting if patient is unconscious or is having convulsions. Always seek medical assistance for all cases of overexposure. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contact, immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes. For inhalation exposure, remove victim to fresh air, give artificial respiration if breathing has stopped and seek medical attention. If ingested, instruct victim to drink large volume of water. DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately. 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Flammable Limits: 1.9 % ( LEL ) 7.6 % ( UEL ) Approved extinguishing media includes dry chemical, carbon dioxide and foam. Water spray can be used to cool fire-exposed containers and disperse vapors. Direct water spray may cause liquid to migrate to other work zones. At a minimum, fire service personnel must use turn-out gear and self-contained breathing apparatus. Fire and Explosion Hazards: This product is a dangerous fire and explosion hazard. Vapor can travel distances to ignition source and flash back. Hot organic chemical vapors or mists are susceptible to sudden spontaneous combustion when mixed with air. Ignition may occur at temperatures below published autoignition or ignition temperatures. Ignition temperatures decrease with increasing vapor volume and vapor / air contact time and are influenced by pressure changes. Ignition may occur at typical elevated temperature process conditions, especially in process equipment operating under vacuum if subjected to sudden ingress of air, or outside process equipment operating under elevated pressure if sudden escape of vapors or mists to the atmosphere occurs. Care must be taken to prevent static discharge. Whenever transferring a flammable liquid, all containers must be bonded and grounded. Hazardous decomposition products include carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Because the wiper fabric has absorbed the liquid solvent solution, spills are unlikely with presaturated wipers. In the event of a spill, evacuate the area of all unnecessary personnel. Wear suitable protective equipment as listed under Exposure Controls and Personal Protection. Eliminate all sources of ignition. Contain the spill and eliminate the source. Collect the spilled material with an inert material and containerize for proper disposal as described under Disposal Considerations. Comply with all government regulations on reporting releases. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Keep container closed. PAGE 2 of Diestone DLS 27 July 2011

3 Store in a cool area away from ignition sources and oxidizers. Do NOT breathe vapors. Do NOT get in eyes. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Electrically ground all equipment when handling and/or transferring this product. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION If workplace exposure limits are exceeded, a NIOSH / MSHA approved air supplied respirator is advised in absence of proper environmental control. Engineering and administrative controls should be implemented to reduce exposure. Approved protective gloves include butyl rubber and PVC. Gloves should be worn to prevent skin contact. Safety glasses with side shields are recommended. If splash hazards exist, upgrade eye protection to include chemical splash goggles. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do NOT take internally. Eyewash and safety equipment should be readily available. 9. PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES The following delineates the physical and chemical properties for the wiper presaturation solution, which is DIESTONE DLS: Flash Point 30 C (86 F) ISO 2592 Boiling Point 120 C (248 F) Freezing Point <0 C Specific Gravity ( H 2 O = 1 ) Vapor Pressure 9.3 mm Hg at 68 o F Percent Volatile 100 % Solubility in Water Insoluble VOC Content 7.36 lbs / gallon Appearance Colorless liquid with light odor. 10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY This product is stable and hazardous polymerization will not occur. Avoid elevated temperatures, hot surfaces, static discharges and ignition sources. Avoid contact with oxidizers. 11. EXPOSURE LIMITS OSHA PEL and NIOSH REL PAGE 3 of Diestone DLS 27 July 2011
