3 TITLE NEW TECH LUBES RANGE BEARING GREASES FS Trojan Grease PTFE and unique SEPS anti-wear package makes this product an excellent all round high load/high temperature white synthetic grease. Being highly water resistant (will not wash off), this product is suitable for both rolling element and plain bearings, chains, slides and pivot points. Ideal for centralised lubrication systems. Available in grades NLGI 000 to NLGI 2. FS Extra is colourless and odourless making it very clean in use. Will not wash off. Available in grades NLGI 000 to NLGI 2. 4 NEW TECH LUBES RANGE OXYGEN COMPATIBLE GREASE FS Dura-Tech A perfluoroether based product which uses the latest grease technology and technical developments to deliver high performance under the most extreme conditions of load and temperatures. Dura-Tech is NON-TOXIC making it safe to use in food and pharmaceutical production areas. Safe to use in oxygen rich atmospheres such as diving equipment. Ideal for use in hard to access areas and sealed for life applications due to its ability to resist breakdown and outlive most other products on the market. Operating temperature up to 650 C 25kg Pail CHAIN FLUIDS FS Chain-Coat Designed for use in wet environments, FS Chain-Coat is a semisynthetic, water-clear, odourless, tasteless and food safe lubricant. It will penetrate into difficult areas, displace water and lubricate. It contains additives that will resist wash-off and over time will create a highly adhesive coating, protecting metal surfaces from corrosion. Citro-Tech Specially formulated water based hard surface cleaner, perfect for the removal of heavy grease deposits from floors and other working areas. Can also be used as an effective label remover. Containing natural citric extracts, it has a pleasant odour and is very safe to use. Can be diluted with up to 40 parts water, depending on the severity of soiling ml Aerosol CLEANERS & DEGREASERS FS Degreaser An all purpose cleaner designed for food production areas. It is fully H1 registered for use where incidental contact may occur. FS Degreaser is low odour and fast evaporating, leaving no residue or deposits behind. It can safely be used on all surfaces including machinery, worktops and floors. INS A1 Registered FS Elec-Tech A highly refined solvent cleaner and lubricant for use on electrical components. Registered as food safe (H1 approved) it does not contain any chlorinates, has low odour and is clean in use. It can also be used for degreasing metals, plastics and painted surfaces. Excellent for plastic guides and chains. Temperature range -40 C to +340 C FS Extra Spray Fully synthetic food safe grease using the latest technology of antioxident, EP and PTFE blends. It is totally resistant (hydrophobic) to both fresh and salt water and completely non-melting, making it an ideal grease for wet or steamy areas. FS Extra is sprayed as a thin penetrating fluid which thickens inside bearings and chains reforming to a fully rated No.2 H1 grease. Temperature range -40 C to +340 C 200ml Aerosol FS Lube-Flow Food Safe synthetic, clear, odourless and tasteless oil. It will operate in wet and humid conditions such as those found in prover ovens and abattoirs. FS Lube-Flow is designed to lubricate chains, pins and pivot points and makes the perfect all round general purpose lubricant. Temperature range -60 C to +260 C 250ml Bottle FS Lube-Flow with PTFE Lubricating fluid similar in nature to FS Lube-Flow but of a high viscosity to reduce fling on chains and offer a higher load rating. Translucent and odourless it is clean and safe in use. Temperature range -32 C to +232 C 250ml Bottle FS Techno-Carb Super 2 A fortified synthetic lubricant for chains and conveyors operating at temperatures up to 300 C. This gives excellent load carrying properties and resistance to corrosive atmospheres. Techno-Carb Super 2 is very adhesive to metal surfaces even in the presence of large amounts of water. This can also be used as a very effective high temperature bearing lubricator for bakery oven trolley wheels. Excellent anti-corrosion properties protect the gears in hostile environments. Available in 150, 220, 320 and 460 grade.
