DOCERAM Medical Ceramics GmbH was founded as a subsdiary of DOCERAM GmbH, a company with more than two decades of experience with the many possibilities for industrial ceramic applications. Dental and medical ceramic products are a highly challenging sector. Therefore, DOCERAM Medical Ceramics is managed as a separate business since 2005 and specializes in medical technology applications. Our business is centered around the Nacera core product brand. The base material is yttrium-stabilised zirconium dioxide, which we dye with an iron oxide-free pigment in minimum concentrations and then process into blanks under isostatic pressure. The result: milling blanks with unparalleled product properties, available in Shell (opaque) and Pearl (translucent). We offer both versions shaded and in white. Nacera blanks are characterized by outstanding mechanical qualities, high edge stability and are compatible with most common CAD/ CAM systems. With Nacera you receive a material that satisfies even the highest demands for dental aesthetics. 5 CREATING BEAUTY Nacera Pearl Nacera Shell With Nacera Pearl you receive a German premium material of highly translucent zirconium oxide for natural-looking restorations. Available in white and in several colored shades, it provides the ideal basis for dental aesthetics. Nacera Shell by DOCERAM Medical Ceramics are reliable materials for most available CAD/CAM systems. Our certified manufacturing process ensures the production of uniform blanks with regard to both the material properties and the coloring. The components are available in white and two other color shades. The blanks, each industrially manufactured in Germany using modern equipment, can be processed in most available milling machines and are characterized by their consistent color results and excellent machinability. Finished with a stain-and-glazing technique or using minimal stratification by Cut-Back, Nacera Pearl is always a reliable quality foundation for monolithic crowns and bridges, as well as abutments and screw retained restorations. Furthermore, the shaded blanks speed up the production process considerably, because manual shading by dipping is no longer necessary. Thereby the reliability of colors and production processes increases, eliminating even the danger of white spots during grinding. 13 The Instant Fit Process our innovative method of production. The I.F.P is a method that allows us to accurately determine the shrinkage factor for each blank to five decimal places. Typically, this factor is determined as an averaged value for an entire batch. Thanks to I.F.P., fluctuations within a batch are thus excluded. The exact factor continuously provides precise sintering sizes. This ensures greater accuracy and significantly reduces the seating time for long-span bridges and implant cases. 13

Nacera Pearl Multi-Shade Blanks multi-layered zirconium oxide New The new Nacera Pearl Multi-Shade milling blanks are nothing less than an economical and sophisticated system for creating full contour crowns. Available in the shades A, B, C, and D to achieve most common tooth colors. Their application is quite simple: Depending on the height positioning of the crown, for example, the colors A3, A2 or A1 can be attained in an A-Blank. The same is true for the other shades. The structural height of 18 mm ensures that sufficient space for vertical shifting is available. Best of all, however, are the four finely-tuned color layers, which always provide smooth, invisible transitions within the restoration. 15 . Supplies > Nacera Clean Nacera Clean New Nacera Clean is a cleaning powder for the combustion chamber of the sintering furnace. Damage from color solvents on heating rods and sediments in the combustion chamber cause discoloration or contamination of the sintering objects. In its initial application, the reactive Nacera Clean takes these impurities from the furnace atmosphere, absorbs them, and cleans the oven permanently. Regular use provides genuine, color-consistent sintering results, impedes re-deposits in the combustion chamber, and protects the life of heating rods. For basic cleaning we recommend the Starter Kit, which contains 200 g. To keep the sintering furnace clean, use the maintenance packages of 30 g regularily.
