1 Manbarrum Lead-Zinc-Silver Project Further Significant Drill Results Further drill results from 5 holes all contain significant zinc mineralisation, including excellent Zinc intersection in MRC 17 o MRC 17: % Zn Eq from 105 metres downhole (1% Zn Eq cut off) o o o MRC 17 finished in 9.48% Zinc mineralisation and will be extended next season MRC 17; 18; 21 and 22 all intersected broad zones of significant zinc mineralisation at shallow depths however all 4 holes require diamond tail extensions to adequately test the prospective dolomite target zone. MRC 11 was drilled on the south east margin of the drill grid and intersected several zones of significant zinc mineralisation between 71 and 119 meters downhole. Intersections are zinc dominant and contain only minor lead and silver. Intersections are approximately equivalent to true width of mineralisation Results from 36 holes pending. Drill hole logging indicates further substantial high grade Zinc intersections can be expected. 2 Drilling Update The Manbarrum 2006 RC Drilling program was completed in mid November with 9605 metres drilled in 63 holes. Complete results have now been received for 27 holes with partial results received for a further 3 holes. Results for the remaining 33 holes are due between now and end December. MRC 11; 17; 18; 21 and 22 have all intersected significant zinc mineralisation from shallow depths. MRC 17; 18; 21 and 22 will require extending by diamond coring to adequately test the prospective sandy and silty dolomite units. MRC 17 was drilled 100 meters south of MRC % ZnEq) and MRC % Zn Eq) and returned the excellent intersection of 5.50% Zn Eq. from 105 meters with the hole finishing in 9.48% Zn. All 3 of these holes have finished in high grade Zinc mineralisation and will be extended during next season s diamond drilling program. MRC 17 lies on the most southern line of the drill grid and further demonstrates that zinc mineralisation remains strongly open to the south and at depth. Previous assay results and drill hole logging have confirmed zinc mineralisation remains open in all directions particularly to the west, north, south and at depth within the stratabound sandy and silty dolomite units. Results for a further 33 holes plus partial results for another 3 holes remain pending. Drill hole logging indicates further significant zinc results can be expected. Intersections from all drill results received are tabled below. All assays are reported as Zinc Equivalent grades (1% Zn = 3% Pb) at a cut off of 1% Zn Eq and minimum 2m intersection.
