FORGED STEEL GATE, GLOBE AND CHECK VALVES Complimenting our stock of cast steel valves, we offer 1/2 to 2 valves from stock. Cryogenic valves are a speciality that can be manufactured in less than one week. BALL VALVES The stock range covers floating ball class 150 to 600lb valves. Trunnion mounted and higher rated valves are available to client specification. Our knowledge of product and stock range, including ANSI and Metric valves means that we are a preferred source for many customers. Design: BS5150, BS5152, BS5153, MSS SP 70, MSS SP 85, MSS SP 71, UL and FM listed Sizes: 2 to 36 Ratings: Class 125, PN10 and PN16 Connections: Flanged Materials: Cast iron, Ductile iron and Bronze. BUTTERFLY VALVE BALL VALVE BUTTERFLY VALVES Whether the requirement be for metal seated high performance valves or low pressure resilient seated valves, we have the ability to supply to your needs. Substantial stocks are used for offshore and onshore duties. Design: API 609, ISO 5211, ISO 5752 Sizes: 1 1/2 to 48 Ratings: Class 150, 300 and 600. PN10, PN16 and PN25 Connections: Materials: Wafer, lugged and flanged Cast iron, Ductile iron, Carbon steel, Low temperature carbon steel, Stainless steel, Monel and Aluminium Bronze. GATE VALVE SAFETY VALVES AND LEVEL GAUGES Extensive supply capability of Straight and Angle pattern relief valves, including full lift and pilot operated valves. Stocks include API, ASME and DIN specifications up to 6 in cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel. Level gauges are available for use in chemical, petro-chemical, general industry, brewing and refrigeration. MODIFICATIONS AND ACTUATION GLOBE VALVE Machining facilities enable us to modify standard valves to meet specific requirements. Cryogenic extensions, Soft seat inserts, Screw down non-return conversions, Open and Shut indicators, Locking devices, Deadman handles and trim changes can all be accommodated in a few days. We can mount and test Electric, Pneumatic or Hydraulic actuators to our valves, each tailored to individual specification and function. To complete the quality of service, valves are pressure tested and undergo Non destructive testing as required by our clients.
