Will not accept class 3(PG I, FP<-18 C)/1/2.1/2.3/4.1&5.2(temp controlled)/6.1 in live eefers. 2. eefer setting temp should be 10 C lower than flash point. 3. Accept all other classes of DGs in F for the sole purpose of quality control and with no subsidiary explosive risk. Tank Container Tank Container inspection certificate is required only if origin is Asia port. Temperature controlled DG (Organic peroxide / Self-reactive) Prohibited temperature controlled DG of Class 4.1 and Class 5.2 Military equipment Acceptable subject to S/O management approval Vanning survey Vanning survey mentioned below may be done by competent marine surveyor as the third party in order to certify following points. 1. Below mentioned, vanning survey is required in case SOL requests it. 2. All packages have been properly packed, securely blocked and braced to prevent the packages from changing position, falling to the floor, or sliding into each other under shocks normally incident. 3. The container is clean, dry and apparently fit to receive the goods. 4. No incompatible goods has been packed into the container. 5. All packages have been externally inspected for damage, and only sound packages have been packed. 6. The container and packages therein were properly marked, labeled and placard. 7. Survey report should be submitted to appropriate parties. i) Original to ship s master ii) Copy to appropriate parties 8. The cargo operator should arrange and carry out survey on its account Waste 1. Prohibits Hazardous waste to North America and Canada. 2. Acceptable only when : a) The word "WASTE" should be added to the Proper Shipping Name on all DG documents. b) Export Permission issued bt Authority of the export country provided. c) Import Permission issued bt Authority of import and Transshipment country provided. d) Transit Approval issued bt Authority of way-port provided. e) All document required by Basel Convention, Article 6 provided. f) Letter of Guarantee shall be provided if Hazardous waste is not covered by Basel Convention.
