5 our company PEBO is part of System Group, a group of companies founded in Today, with its 15 production sites, employing more than 600 people, it is a leading manufacturer of complete and innovative polyethylene and polypropylene pipeline systems exported worldwide. PEBO was established in 1987 in Tuscany, having from the very beginning the scope of producing an ever higher quality compound, from recycled plastic waste. The Company sits on a m² sites, employs more than 40 people to run: - Advanced compounding lines - Integrated shredding, grinding and washing system - High technology washing line, for the grinded scraps washing, with water purification system - Shredding, grinding and washing lines - A high-tech laboratory - Administration Thanks to our avant-garde laboratory, we are able to select and guarantee high quality compounds for extrusion, blow moulding and special application. 7 our production The raw materials used for the production of our compounds have the following origin: - Industrial plastic waste - Recycled post-consumer - Off-spec. virgin polyethylene resin - Chemical additives - Compound production capacity is 36000t per annum. The new filtering system (Laser filter) has been introduced recently, allowing the filtration up to 100microns, thus significantly improving the quality of certain compounds. The production cycle consist of six main stages: 1. Sampling 2. Incoming material tests silos additives mixer extruder 3. Blending 4. Extrusion of granules certificate of quality 5. Quality tests 6. Packing and stocking of resin 7

Thanks to its sophisticated technology and skillful technicians, PEBO guarantees a constant quality control of production processes and the compound, through the entire production cycle until shipment. 12 HDPE extrusion line The extrusion products line consists of mixtures carefully selected, homogenized, washed, filtered and enhanced by additives. Thanks to their low fluidity index and the strict homogenisation process (before and after granulation), these are the ideal materials for the extrusion process of pipes. The different types of products are the response to the different productive and qualitative requirements (water pipes, irrigation, spiral pipes for sewer, drainage pipes and telecommunication pipes) thus providing the right material for each application. 14 HDPE blow molding line The materials coming from the recovery of postconsumer and postindustrial blown products characterize blow moulding product line. These products have great elasticity and fluidity index (0.20 to 0.45 to 2.16 kg). These characteristics make them the perfect choice for the production of both the thin inner wall of corrugated electrical cable protection pipes from ø40 to ø250 (HDPE 6100), as for the external and internal walls of large diameter corrugated pipes for sewage - from ø250 to ø2000 (HDPE 6030).
