3 ABOUT US Harit Polytech Pvt. Ltd. Was established in 2009 by Mr. Ajay Gupta and Mr. Vijay Gupta. The Gupta s families have reach exposure in non ferrous recycling business. They have grown from a small plant to one of the most prominent, privately owned aluminium wire rod manufacturing facility in northern India. Harit Polytech becoming one of the largest recycling facilities for manufacturing of wrought and cast aluminium product under one roof situated at RIICO Industrial Area, Bagru Extension, Jaipur. The unit is well connected with road and rail transportation. Harit Polytech started his commercial production in late 2009 with initial setup and has achieved 22% CAGR in last four fiscal and reported US$ 47.7 million business volume in FY with a strong data base of satisfied customer with 97% customer retention. RECYCLING VALUE TO THE NATION Recycling 1kg of aluminium can save 8kg of bauxite, 4kg of chemical products and 14 Kwh of power. Aluminium forms 7% of earth upper crust. Recycling of aluminium is both eco-friendly and energy saving. Compared to primary production of aluminium metal, recycling saves electricity consumption to the extent of over 95% tons of recycled aluminium can save enough electricity to light up a whole city. The effluents generated in a primary aluminium plant like redmud, spent pot line and fluorine gas are hazardous whereas in recycling no hazardous effluents are generated. Today, the world production of recycled aluminium outstrips the production of primary aluminium by a big margin. Aluminium is the only metal which can be recycled again and again without any loss of its metal properties. It is expected that by the turn of the century, 95% of world s aluminium consumption would be recycled aluminium.

5 Aluminium Wire Rod Virgin metal is the prime input of aluminium wire rod. All the virgin metal which we used for wire rod manufacturing is being supply from HINDALCO s smelters either in shape of sow ingot or in pig ingot having minimum purity of 99.7%. Recyclable metal which we used in wire rod manufacturing is either conductor scrap or the scrap which contain minimum 99.65% purity. Virgin metal feed into dry chamber continuous feeding type stationary furnace having molten bath capacity of 25 MT. molten metal then transfer into holding furnace to ensure homogeneous metal preparation and uniform temperature gradient. Metal refining process takes place in holding furnace only. Our state of art CCR lines along with semi automatic coiler enable us to produce meter conductor rod in a day. Inline induction heating system and water quenched RAC unit enable us to produce aluminium alloy wire rod with complete solution treatment of Al-Si-Mg aluminium alloy rod which can meet the demand of our valued customer in their business segment. Aluminium Alloys Ingot The scrap is collected through a strong network of dealers and agents around the world. The incoming scrap is rigorously cold refined by highly skilled and motivated people. Cold refined scrap is then melted in rotary furnace along with virgin metal and required alloying elements the furnace metal is continuously rotate by means of rotation of furnace shell which provide a very uniform and homogeneous chemical composition and temperate gradient. Degassing, grain refining and modification of melt takes place after confirmation of chemical composition. A standard holding time after readiness allow alloying elements to get stabilized in the melt. To avoid any solid inclusion in finish products, of filtration system has been provided, supported by ultrafine filtration media. To control solidification process, a set of sprinkler supported by water circulation system through cooling tower has been provided to ensure uniform grain structure at both ends of the products. To ensure identification and traceability at customer end, we strictly flow color coding practice as per guideline of BS: Aluminium Wires Our state of art high speed wire drawing unit enable us to catter the demand of fine wires made with aluminium rod up to 1.0 mm dia meter. Furthermore heat treatment facility is also available with us to strengthen mechanical property and / or stress relieving as per demand of customer. Product Range Aluminium wire rod: - EC grade having minimum conductivity 61% IACS 9.5 mm Aluminium alloy wire rod AA and 9.5 mm (Temper T4 and O ) Aluminium flipped wire rod Min 98.55% purity (9.5 mm and 11 mm), caged packing Aluminium wires in all grades (Min dia 1.0 mm) Aluminium alloy ingot (+/- 0.5 Kg) as per JIS, DIN, BS, AA and UNI.

We plan to soon take the ISO certification to further demonstrate our environ-mental commitments. In continuation to CSR commitment, we had install coal base producer gas plant and whole plant operation has been switch over from heavy oil (Furnace Oil) to producer gas to control SOX (SO2-SO3) and NOX (NO-NO2) emission.
