1 AUTOR: Technical Dept. PS Versión: v2ª Date reviewed: Number of Pages: 1 out of 5 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Polyurea PS-900 is an aliphatic membrane curing fast, liquid-applied, two-component, 100% solids, and which applies only with two-component spraying machine hot. The polyurea PS-900 is a membrane, which creates a coating without weight loss, has a time of gel very fast, when compared with the products commonly available on the market. For this reason requires a specific computer for your application. It can also be applied at very low temperatures, however, and the environmental conditions do not affect their performance and their final characteristics. APPLICATIONS RECOMMENDED For protection and waterproofing view applications on steel, concrete and many other media: Their main typical uses are: Protection of non-corrosive metal surfaces. Protection of non-corrosive metal surfaces... Protection against corrosion of trailers. Metal silos. etc. FEATURES AND BENEFITS Quick reaction and curing time Near-instantaneous start-up time 100% solids Excellent properties of bridging of cracks High resistance to solvents, acids and bases (refer to technical Dept.) Excellent corrosion protection PRODUCT DATA POLYOL: ISOCYANATE: PIGMENT: Parte A: liquid to pigment Part B: yellowish liquid Chart colors pigments (Red- tiles RAL: Grey RAL: 7012, white RAL: 9003, Blue pools RAL:5012, Marine blue RAL 5017, green RAL: 6010, suede RAL: 1002, black RAL: 9005) is also supplied on request according to the RAL chart colours. PS Versión: v2ª Date reviewed: Number of Pages: 3 out of 5 DETAILS OF APPLICATION Coating system Product Consumption Consumption / dosage Quality of support System for uniqueness concrete Primer type Sprinkled with quartz sand 0,3-0,5 kg/m2/coat 1-1,5 kg/m2 ~ 1 kg/m2 = 1mm Membrane The technical properties and color of the polyurea PS-900 are not affected by exposure to UV radiation is composed of aliphatic amines and isocyanates. The polyurea PS-900 resists perfectly without suffering any discoloration when exposed to UV radiation. Concrete support should be consistent with enough resistance to compression (minimum 25 N/mm2) and with a minimum pull of 1.5 N/mm2 tensile. The bracket must be clean, dry and free of contaminants such as dust, oil, grease, paint and other surface treatments. When in doubt, do a test first. Preparation of the support The concrete stands must be prepared mechanically using an abrasive blasting or scarifying to lift the grout surface and get an open pore textured surface. The weak concrete and surface defects such as voids and holes must be eliminated. Support repair done by filling voids, hollow and leveling the surface using the appropriate products The support will be primer and will level to achieve the desired surface. Specific angular irregularities must eliminate polishing.all dust and loose material must remove the surface before applying the product, using brush or vacuum cleaner. CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION The surface temperture Ambient temperature Moisture content of the support Dew point -5 ºC to +70 ºC -5 ºC to +70 ºC 6% parts by weight in moisture content. You must not have moisture by capillary ascension according to standard ASTM (polyethylene film) Caution of condensation! The membrane without cure and support must be at least 3 C above the dew point to reduce the risk of condensation and prevent damage to the completion of the membrane.

4 AUTOR: Technical Dept. PS Versión: v2ª Date reviewed: Number of Pages: 4 out of 5 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Mixed Application method Cleaning tool Part A: Part B = 100:100 (in volume) Before project, part C (pigment) must mix part B (polyol) until you get a homogeneous mixture through mechanical means. Then dispense and mix with hot two components proper projection equipment. Both components should be heated between 70 C and 75 C. You should check the mixing and dosing at regular intervals the polyurea PS-900 should not be diluted under any circumstances. Vigorously mix B-component material of resin until a mixture and homogeneous color. Before applying, confirm the moisture content of the support, the relative humidity of the air and dew point. Primer: The Primer of the area, already prepared, using Primer-022, Primer-025 or Primer-300 is required, it should not only be applied by pouring, to prevent the formation of pores, apply with roller, and if necessary in two layers. After each application, sprinkle lightly with sand of silica from mm. To avoid the formation of air bubbles, not sprinkle sand in excess. Waterproofing: Project with a proper projection equipment in hot two-component high pressure. The equipment used must be capable of providing a proper pressure and temperature for the length of hose proper on a consistent basis. Clean application equipment and tools immediately after use with solvent ETILDICOL and hoses with solvent DOP. Hardened once material can only be removed by mechanical means. WAITING TIMES AND REPAINT Waiting times Application and limitations Before applying the polyurea PS on the primer wait: The surface temperture Minimum Maximum +10 ºC 24 hours +20 ºC 20 hours 48 hours +30 ºC 16 hours Before applying the polyurea PS on primer to wait until you have a mordant touch. Taking into account that removed any remaining dust and other pollution-free times are approximate and will be affected by changes in environmental conditions, particularly temperature relative humidity of the air. This product only should be applied by experienced professionals. The application will be held only by a team of two components of application hot high pressure. The technical properties and the behavior of the polyurea PS-900 are not affected by exposure to UV radiation. The polyurea PS-900 may suffer discoloration aesthetic if there are exposed to UV radiation. Note: always perform a test before
