Max permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor 70 Max short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed (Max 5 seconds duration): crosssection of conductor 300 mm2 The ambient temperature under installations should not be below 0 The bending radius of single core cable should not be less than 20 times of the cable diameter, the bending radius of multi-core cable should not be less than 15 times of the cable diameter.

9 Up to 36KV XLPE armored power cable 1. Application: The product is fit for electric transmission and distribution system operating at rated voltage up to 36KV.The cable can be buried directly. Able to bear external mechanical forces but large pulling forces. 2. Construction: Conductor: copper or aluminum Insulation: XLPE Cores: single core, 3 core Amour: Steel tape or Steel Wire armored Sheath: PVC or PE, HDPE, LSOH Size: Up to 800mm2 for single core, up to 500mm2 for 3 cores

10 3. Characteristic: The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 90 When core is in short-circuit (max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 250. Application: These cables are most suitable for direct burial or for installation on trays or ducts, where there is a risk of mechanical damage, armored cables should be used. Characteristic The maximum conductor operating temperature: 90 C During short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250 C Environment temperature should be no lower than 0 C for laying the cable.
