Materials vary from grey iron, ductile iron, bronze, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and so on. 2 Sand casting plant has large-scale casting equipments of 50sets. We have different technology with different type of sand kind and parts shape. The largest casting we can cast is 15tons. The material includes high strength cast iron, ductile iron and cast steel. And our main products are casting for machine tools, generating equipments, compressor parts, combustion engines, hardwares, pumps and so on. Our yearly capacity for sand casting is about 20000tons for cast steel and tons for cast iron.

The material includes all kinds of stainless steel, cast steel, alloy steel, heat-resisting and duplex stainless steel. Our casting products are widely used in aircraft manufacture, rail transit, automobile industry, shipbuilding, food machinery, construction machinery, engineering machinery, mining machinery and so on. The yearly production capacity is more than 1000 tons. The main macket is Japan, Korea, EU and North America.

13 Our forging plant has large-scale forging machines of 10 sets including one 4000tons free forging hydraulic press. We have more than 50 high qualified technicians. Our forging scope limit is 0.1kg kg and our production capacity is 8000tons a year. The application material includes all iron, steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resisting alloy steel, duplex stainless steel and other special materials. Our forging parts are widely used in petroleum industry, chemical industry, valve, electric powder, metallurgy, pressure vessels, ship building and so on.

16 First-class equipments ensure the promise of first-class quality. We invested more than 200 million to import the world s advanced level precision machining equipments. Now we own the world s advanced level brand machining centers such as MAZAK(4-axis) Mori Seiki(4-axis, 5-axis, 9-axis), YOUJI, WINTEC. We are also quipped with kinds of CNC lathes, broaching machines, grinding machines, milling machines, boring lathes, drilling machines, wire cutting machines, gear making machines and other accessory equipments 200 sets.

26 Our high standard inspection center has more than 20 high qualified technicians. With more than 30 sets all kind of inspection equipment, we can provide all inspection including material, mechanical property, metallographic analysis and geometric dimensions. Our equipment includes large scele CMM(one of them from Swiss), high precision Spectrum analyzer from Italy, high precision projector and so on. With the help of excellent inspection equipment and qualified technicians we can provide best service and products.
