3 About Us: Nikoo Technocast is a renowned manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Grey Iron Castings (C.I), Ductile Iron Castings (S. G. Iron) components such as Companion Flanges, End Yokes, Flange Yokes, Differential Housings, Automotive Components, Valve & Valve Components, Brake Components, Axel Components, etc. We have a strong quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2008 certification. We also provide casting with machining components. The company has a simultaneous jolt squeezed Green Sand & Silica Sand moulding line with Four track lines to accommodate 100 mould boxes mounted on trolleys. Our product range has wide area of applications and is used in the cross-section of industries like engineering, automotive, automobile, pump & valves, locomotives, machine tools, oil & gas, etc. The company's automatic sand plant production capacity is 1400 MT./Annum with a weight range of 1 kg. to 250 kgs. single Piece. Our future plan includes the installation of high pressure moulding line in the next five years. With our proficiency in this domain, we maintain highest quality standards and are successfully fulfilling specific requirements of our clients.

11 Our Quality Quality is paramount for Nikoo Technocast. The superior quality raw materials used in the manufacturing process include CRCA Scrap, Copper, Iron Silicide (FeSi), Magnesium Silicon Ferro-Alloys (FeSiMg), etc. All these sourced raw materials undergo stringent chemical and physical analysis to check their quality and productivity. The chemical tests conducted during the manufacturing process are Optical Emission Spectrometer (Bruker USA make) 29 channels, Microstructure by Image Analyzer, wet lab analysis of ferrous alloys, and C, Si,CE. Control by Ferro Lab Thermal Analysis. A team of quality control professionals also performs physical testing with kgs. 29 Our Infrastructure The manufacturing plant of Nikoo Technocast has highly sophisticated machinery and quality control equipment with the capacity of developing new casting in bulk mode. We have a simultaneous jolt squeezed Green Sand & Silica Sand moulding line capable of producing up to 18 kgs. of castings with mold size of 535mm X 480mm. Our latest technology machines include AFS Sieve Analyzer, Compatibility & Permeability Meter, Green Shear Strength Machine, Sand Analysis, Wet Tensile Strength Machine, etc. All these machines and equipments are handled by the most dedicated team of engineers, technocrats and mechanics who possess years of relevant experience in the industry. We plan to install a high pressure moulding line with maximum casting weight of 20 kilograms and mould size of 500mm x 620mm at our foundry in the near future.

36 Our Group of company is Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company, which manufacturing Drop Forged product since 1996 with three hammers of 1, 1.5 & 2 Ton Capacity. Some of the main components are Con. Rods, Pinions, Gears, Shafts, Forks, Wing-nuts, Flanges etc. The forging facilities include a battery of close die drop hammer machines. Nikoo Forge is an integrated operation with Advance Die making facilities and modern Heat Treatment set-up comprising with 2 Nos. of Batch type Oiled Fired furnaces. The plant is well equipped with Die-shop, Cutting-shop, Forgeshop, HT Shop & Machine Shop (2 CNC Lathe & 1 VMC).
