LOCATION

EXPLORATION Substantial IOCG exploration opportunities within our large EL holdings in the Gawler Craton similar to Olympic Dam, Prominent Hill and Carrapateena. Although multiple drill programs have been undertaken by IMX Resources and OZ Minerals, there are many anomalies still to be tested within the area. Currently Cu-River is undertaking a review of all of its exploration tenements. Cu-River is currently seeking JV partners for further exploration of its tenements.

MT WOODS OVERVIEW The Mt Woods Magnetite Project is located near the town of Coober Pedy and is 100% owned by Cu-River. Mt Woods has an inferred resource of 569Mt at 27.1% Fe and exploration target of Bt at 25-32%, which supports the potential for the small and large scale development options analysed in the scoping study. What makes the Mt Woods assets unique is the fact that they are coarse grain magnetite deposits which require less grinding to liberate the magnetite.

CAIRN HILL ML 6303 New mining modelling is underway with the focus on copper and gold primarily with iron oxide as the host rock. Remodeling has shown significant increase in resource simply by lowering the iron cut-off grade and targeting all parts of the ore body containing significant copper and gold values. In pits 1and 2 there is approximately 3 Mt of saleable product which Cu-River will mine over the next 4 years.

PROCESSING PLANT Jaw Crusher Cone Crusher Dry Magnetic Separator

PROCESSING AND BLENDING Magnetic drums are already in Australia and Cu-River has undertaken pilot plant test work with very good results. Two dry mag drums running 300 tonne per hour at 1850 gauss. After successful pilot plant tests we engaged Adelaide based engineers to commence design and construction to Australian Standards for the magnetic frame and feeder system which will run the mag process plant. Construction will be completed next week.

PROCESSING AND BLENDING The additional magnetic separation units enable Cu-River to extract lower grade iron which contains higher copper and gold. Large bodies of very low grade iron with substantially higher copper and gold will be mined, processed and blended throughout Cu- River s project. The entire focus of the project is to maximise extraction of copper and gold within the ore body, while still creating value through the iron ore.
