6 E1 King Brinell Microscope E2 KingScope 100 Constructed from stainless steel, the rugged and op!cally reliable KingScope is the most versa!le microscope on the market today. Featuring 20x pre-focused lenses, the KingScope has a narrow nosepiece which easily fits into right!ght recesses, resul!ng in less grinding on cas!ngs, billets, and dies. For added stability when performing on flat surfaces, a slip-on base adapter is included. A side opening in the microscope allows natural light for viewing, and a cordless movable penlight can be used in dim condi!ons. The unit also includes a case. Our new and improved KingScan IVe so$ware automa!cally reads the indenter s impression to within.01mm accuracy. Simply align the high speed digital camera lens over the impression, and within.7 seconds the impression data is calculated and displayed on your screen. 10 King Tester Accessories 5/2.5 mm Tungsten Carbide Ball & Adapter Stroke Limiter D5 Adapter to Reverse Direction of Load For special applica!ons, this adapter holding a 5mm ball easily replaces the standard 10mm ball. This adapter is used for tes!ng materials and also parts where a small impression is desired. This device limits the travel of the pump handle which prevents poten!al damage to internal gear mechanisms. Consists of an interchangeable anvil holding the 10mm ball for making Brinell hardness tests inside pipes, tubes, and other interior loca!ons impossible to reach.
