No. BKSR: PUR-III/15-16/4846, dtd. 02/12/2015 /BkTPP, dated Sealed tenders in two parts, Part A (for techno- commercial specification bid) and Part B (for price bid) in duplicate are invited by the General Manager, Bk.TPP from manufacturer or Supplier to the original manufacturer of Grinding Rolls & Bull Ring Segments of Bowl Mill (XRP 883) for the supply at Bk.TPP: 1. ( Nos per set) 2. 00C Sinter cast Grinding Rolls 43" of 05 Sets Bowl Mill (XRP 883) or Equivalent Materials. ( 1 set= 3 Nos.) 2. Earnest Money: Bank Guarantee/ Demand Draft : Rs. 2, 00,000/- 3. Cost of Tender Paper : Rs. 1,000/- 4. Sale of Tender Paper : From to Last Date of submission of Sealed Tender Paper : upto 14:30 Hrs. 6. Opening date of Tender i) Part A (for technical bid) ii) Part B (for price bid) : at 15:00 Hrs. : Opening date will be intimated to the Successful i.e technically accepted Bidders later on. 7. Delivery Period : 02(Two) Sets of each Item should be delivered within 02 (Two) months from date of P.O and rest within 03 (Three) months within delivery of the first lot. Qualifying Requirement: i) The Bidder must be a manufacturer of Centrifugally Cast Inserted Grinding Roll (Sinter Cast or Equivalent Material) and Bull Ring Segments (Sinter cast or Equivalent Material) of BHEL Make Bowl Mills. The mentioned Grinding Rolls must be manufactured by centrifugal casting process. ii) The Bidder should have experience of supplying their own products To any Govt./ Govt. Undertaking/Any Power Station (210/250 MW or above) in a single order for a minimum quantity of 03( three) sets of Centrifugally Cast Inserted Grinding Roll & Bull Ring Segments( Sinter cast or equivalent material) may take part in tendering process. Documents to prove the experience of the bidders in successful completion of supply of the items in the last three financial years shall have to be submitted with the offer. These documents include purchase orders & successful completion certificates. Repeat

2 previous order of the same organization and more or less same quantity of same material has been supplied to Bk.TPP and in service for more than one year. iii) End user s certificate or any other document confirming performance of minimum 10,000 (Ten Thousand) running hours for at least Three Set of Centrifugally Cast Inserted Grinding Roll (Sinter Cast or equivalent material), Bull Ring Segments (Sinter Cast or equivalent material) suitable for BHEL Make Bowl Mill, must be submitted to ascertain the performance of materials supplied to power station of capacity 210/250 MW or above. iv) Running Hours Guarantee: a) For Grinding Rolls we require Guarantee for 10,000 running hours & wear within 70 mm. b) For Bull Ring segments we require guarantee for 10,000 running hours & wear within 25 mm. If any damage occurs within this guarantee period the supplier must replace the defective item with a new one at free of cost. v) The bidder should have an adequate design, manufacturing and/or fabrication capability including in-house testing facility including Chemical, Physical & NDT and capacity available to perform the work properly and expeditiously within the time period specified. vi) vii) viii) ix) The bidder should have established quality assurance systems and Organization designed to achieve high levels of equipment/system reliability, both during his manufacturing and/or fabrication. Delivery Schedule: 02(Two) Sets of each Item should be delivered within 02 (Two) months from date of P.O and rest within 03 (Three) months within delivery of the first lot. Inspection will be done by the representative of the Sr.gr (MM-B) at BkTPP Store after effecting delivery. Transit Insurance is to be arranged by the party and relevant charges at actual will be reimbursed by WBPDCL. x) All BGs must be on any only Nationalized Bank in the prescribed format xi) xi) In case offer/s is found acceptable, the facilities available shall have to be approved by our quality/technical wing, and WBPDCL- BkTPP reserves the right to accept /reject any/all offer/s without assigning any reason. Price can be quoted against Supply of each new Set ( no. per set for Sinter Cast Bull Ring Segment & 1 Set= 03 nos. for Sinter Cast Grinding rolls) with or without buy back option of each set of used items. Transportation of used Set on the party's scope but loading at Bk.TPP to the transporter will be made by WBPDCL

3 The agencies should submit the following documents in their quotation while submitting the offer: 1. Valid I.T. & S.T., Service Tax Registration, Professional Tax Clearance Certificates, Provident Fund A/c. No. etc. 2. Credential of similar work done directly under a Government/Quasi Government Organization/Private Company during period of any three year within last seven years reckoning from Similar Works means Supply of Grinding Rolls and Bull Ring segments of Bowl Mill (XRP 883) with the specifications detailed elsewhere in the Tender Document. The value of work for similar type of job as mentioned above, completed by agency should be as follows: a) In single order of value not less than Rs. 55 lakhs. or b) In two orders each of value not less than Rs. 35 lakhs. or c) In three orders each of value not less than Rs. 20 lakhs. 3. Average Annual Financial Turnover in last 3 financial years, (viz , & ) should be at least Rs. 20 lakhs. 4. Average net worth in last three financial years:- should be positive. 5. Audited balance sheet for last three financial years. Detailed terms & conditions are set forth in the Tender Paper (Non - Transferable) which can be obtained from the Sr. Manager(S&P), Bk.TPP on application and on production of Sales Tax / VAT Registration Number, PT Registration Certificates and Credential of successful completion of similar nature of supply along with the cost of Tender Paper to be deposited in the Account Section, Bk.TPP from AM to PM (except Saturday, Sunday and Holiday).
