2 Electroaparataj was founded in 1948 as a manufacturer of low voltage switchgear equipment. Electroaparataj relocated in 2006, 80% of production activity in Targoviste. Now has two work points in the Bucharest and Targoviste.

3 Who we are Headquarter: Targoviste, Romania 2016: 87 employees, 13 university degree Electroaparataj is the one of the companies in Romania specialized in manufacturing low voltage apparatus and mettal works and anti-corosion coatings. The aim to preserve environment leads to succesful implementation and certification of environment management system ISO 14001/2005. Electroaparataj also applies the Integrated Management System for Quality according to Standard ISO 9001.

7 Capabilities The production capabilities consisting of Stamping / bending / drilling / threading machines, digital lathes, up to 250 tonnes mechanical and hydraulic presses, stitch machines, spring coiling machines, thermal treatment ovens,electric welding technologies, medium and high frequency welding technologies, anti-corrosion electro-platings with Zink, Silver and Tin, on frames and drums, different tickness as well as powder painting.

14 Electroplating Silver Tin Copper and brass components could be coated with silver/tin with thickness of max. 50 μm / passivating. Coatings lines can plate for Silver : - On drums for small pieces with min. dimensions 2 x 2 x 2 mm - On frames for parts with max. dimensions of 800 x 400 x 200 mm ( L x l x h ) and max weight of 100 Kg / piece

15 Electroplating ZINK Week acid Zink electroplating lines could coat with zink and white/blue passivating for : On drums for pieces with min. 2 x 2 x 2 mm. On frames for pieces with max.1500 x 800 x150 mm ( L x l x h ) and 150 Kg / piece.

16 Powder coating Painting in electrostatic field is done after all the rules of excellence, using standard colors or specific customer applications of our products with maximum dimensions 1200 x 2000 mm / 120 kg.

17 Assembly line Organized as a profit center based on similar product ranges, is a highly flexible department, the activities carried out manually or semi-mechanized. Activities includes complex assembly technology, adjustment and specific devices control being made internally.

18 Waste water treatment station The automatic waste water treatment station is designed and set-up to clean the waste industrial water from Silver/Tin/Zink coatings line according to European standards. For monitoring environmental parameters, the company is equipped with a chemical laboratory, equipped with equipment and qualified personnel.
