7 Metal Tongue Cable Ties C Metal tongue cable ties have higher flexibility and resistance than normal nylon ties. They are infinitely adjustable for tight bundles through its entire bundle range. 12 C Specialist Cable Ties: Polypropylene Polypropylene ties are ideal for use in aggressive chemical environments where chemical effects on nylon are a concern. This is because they are not affected by inorganic acids (hydrochloric), polyhydric alcohols (ethylene glycol), neutral salts (sodium chloride) and basic salts (sodium bicarbonate). They also resist a number of other chemicals with good results, although they have a lower tensile strength than Nylon 6.6. 13 Specialist Cable Ties: Metal Content C HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) demands that effective food safety systems are established through the application of systematic approaches to hazard and risk analysis. The metal content cable ties have metal content dispersed throughout the head and strap of the cable tie. High levels of instant tack and shear adhesion are achieved with a coating of synthetic rubber adhesive on both sides of the white polyethylene foam base. This provides a quick and easy application which can easily be unfastened for re-using. STEP 2 Thread the tail through both tabs and the bridge of the buckle. STEP 3 Using the Tensioning Hook and pulling in line with the buckle, tighten tail around bundle to the required tension. STEP 4 STEP 5 Bend tail backwards over the top of the bridge. Locate tail between the tabs and bend tabs over the tail. Suitable for cable ties of thickness up to 0.3mm and width up to 7.9mm. Features a variable tensioning device and automatically cuts when the desired tension is reached. APPLICATION METHOD FOR CSST 1 STEP 1 Place the tie around the object to be secured. STEP 2 Insert the tail through the slot and into the ratcher jaw and tension by repeatedly pressing the tool handles together.
