2 TUBE BSEN10312 SERIES 1 & 2 METRIC UNITS SK-I PET PUSH-FIT Type Mechanical Joint Fittings Material List: made by stainless steel investment casting in grade to Body BSEN10088 (AISI 304) or to BSEN10088 (AISI 316) Gasket Silicon Rubber (to BS6920 for Potable Water), Viton (Compress Air) C-Spring Ring to BSEN10088 (AISI 304) or to BSEN10088 (AISI 316) SK-I TUBE STAINLESS STEEL Manufactured by a specially developed argon arc welding where the inert atmosphere exclude the oxygen during the fusion of the two edges of material. SK-I TUBE IS MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL Fabricated from stainless steel. The chromium and nickel content in the stainless steel give the tube its bright and its high resistance to corrosion. SK-I TUBE IS COMPLIED WITH PED 97/23/EC The fabrication and inspection processes of SK-I tube is approved by PED 97/23/ EC. The welded factor for manufacturing of SK-I tube is equal to 1. It implies that SK-I tube is identical to the performance of a stainless steel seamless tube. SK-I TUBE IS IDEAL FOR ALL WATER SERVICES Stainless Steel tubing has proved exceptionally successful for hot and cold domestic water services and for heating applications. SK-I TUBE IS TOUGH Stainless Steel tubing is tough and is not readily damaged in transit, in store or site. Its inherent toughness also means it is less vulnerable to vandalism. SK-I TUBE IS ATTRACTIVE The bright Iustre of stainless steel will not deteriorate under normal conditions making it ideal for exposed tubing and painting becomes unnecessary. SK-I TUBE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FITTINGS PET Push-fit fittings, PET Push-in fittings, Compression fittings & Capillary fittings are all compatible with SK-I Stainless Steel tubes. SK-I TUBE AVAILABILITY IN DIFFERENT STAINLESS STEEL GRADE Stainless Steel tubing can be supplied with stainless steel grade to BSEN10088 (AISI 304) or to BSEN10088 (AISI 316) in length of 6 metres as standard. Other specific length of stainless steel tubing can also be supplied upon request. SK-I TUBE LDPE COATING Stainless Steel tubing can be supplied with external LDPE coating for the application of cold and hot water system. 2
