5 Designing Centre Designing Centre Product development capabilities at Sigma start from its design centers that deploy complete range of CAD/CAM software including Unigraphics and IDEAS. These are mainly used to conduct preliminary analysis of the basic tool design and assist tool production at an early stage. An experienced team of specialist engineers, trained to innovate designs finally help lower the cost of production by limiting tool stages, increasing tool life while ensuring ease of manufacturing of the products.

6 Tool Room A complete tool room staffed with over 50 experienced technicians help produce over 60 tools/month. Machine resources includes CNC machining centers, CNC wire cutting machines, Lathe machines, CNC milling centers, electronic spark erosion machines (EDM). Other equipments include pantograph machines, die sinking machines, shaping/planning machines, centerless, cylindrical and surface grinders and drilling machines.
