6 Terminology The Predictive Index or PI is the authority on predicting behavior and performance in the modern day workplace. PI Certified Partners leverage the methodology and solutions made by The Predictive Index. We offer a simple methodology that helps you understand what drives your people. The Predictive Index methodology leverages science, technology and knowledge transfer to help you reach maximum velocity toward your business objectives. The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment is scientifically validated. The PI Job Assessment (known as the PRO, or Performance Requirement Options) allows you to get critical input from key stakeholders on the behavioral requirements of a specific position. The PI Selling Skills Assessment allows you to quantify someone s selling abilities. The PI Influencing Skills Assessment allows you to quantify someone s influencing abilities. The Predictive Index software offers web-hosted access so you can easily administer assessments, pull reports and analyze data on any device. Professional plans are annual subscriptions that include an unlimited number of assessments for candidates, employees, and other individuals. Enterprise plans are annual subscriptions that include all of the capabilities of the Professional plans plus the added ability to integrate The Predictive Index software via our APIs. The output of the PI Behavioral Assessment is a behavioral pattern. PI allows you to send someone a link to take the PI Behavioral Assessment and see his or her behavioral pattern using the PI software. There is no such thing as a bad PI behavioral pattern. Only bad fits. PI offers a curriculum of modular, instructor-led, management workshops to ensure that the methodology is fully integrated into the cultural fabric of your organization. PI users are account owners of the annual subscription (formerly analysts). Associates or Consultants are people that work for Partners.
