Co- All of above options AEE is in a role of project developer and management with performance saving guarantee contact Guarantee Option Entrepreneur/investor will be guaranteed by AEE whether the energy saving performance is adequate to payback investment cost, including the interest, in case of the actual energy saving is lower than the guaranteed saving as written in the agreement AEE will responsible to the deficit saving, in the other hand, the actual energy saving is higher than the agreement the shared saving will be don t shared to AEE and the entrepreneur/investor in the agreed proportionate. 1. Shared Option In term of investment is provided by AEE the energy saving will be shared in agreed proportionate. In case of the actual energy saving is lower than the guarantee saving as the agreement, AEE will responsible to the deficit saving anyhow in the end project period entrepreneur will be the project right completely. 2. Guaranteed Option In term of investment is provided by the entrepreneur with the energy saving is guaranteed by AEE after project completely AEE will responsible to reimburse the deficit saving as the guarantee saving performance.
