8 Gold Foreword Keynote speaker 6,000 Thursday 22 October We have three keynote speakers, each with a dynamic, motivational and inspirational message to set the scene for the day s events. - opportunity to introduce the speaker and address the delegates - opportunity to provide banners for the venue - your company logo on the screen in the venue - opportunity for a one page advert in the conference handbook (artwork supplied by sponsor). - Midday Wednesday will see a third keynote speaker kick off the business sessions, engaging members into business mode - status associated with being a gold sponsor - opportunity to include promotional material or product samples in the conference delegate satchel Gold Welcome function 6,000 Tuesday evening s Welcome function will be held at the conference hotel, QT Gold Coast, and the theme is Surf s Up. Delegates will enjoy relaxed dinner on the Calypso Terrace and Pool Deck. 9 Silver Welcome lounge A designated chill out area for delegates to use at their leisure. Those arriving early on Tuesday can use it as a base until they have access to their accommodation. Continuous tea, coffee and cold drinks will be available as well as snacks. The sponsor is welcome to set up a display with marketing material if desired. - naming rights to the lounge eg: Smiths hospitality lounge - opportunity for sponsor to provide banners and signage for lounge - opportunity for sponsor to provide marketing material or display for lounge - opportunity to include promotional material or product samples in the conference delegate satchel - status associated with being a silver sponsor Silver Delegate bag Each member will collect a conference bag upon arrival at QT Hotel and use it for the conference duration. The multi-use bag will be of good quality and will have a life after the conference. Last year s satchels were well received. Please note: other sponsors material will be included in the bag. - company logo printed on the bag along with MTA logo - status associated with being a gold sponsor Silver Coffee cart Always popular, people will queue for a decent coffee. 10 Silver Workshop/Forum Three available The workshop/forums are a major component of the conference and attended by MTA members. Run a session (1 hour 15 minutes) to your target market and showcase your products/services to members. - opportunity to run business sessions (MTA to approve session) - information about your session to be showcased in the registration brochure and on the conference website - name association with the workshop - opportunity to chair the session - opportunity for sponsor to provide banners and signage for the venue - your company logo on the screen in the venue - status associated with being a silver sponsor Silver Internet station Five computer stations set up for delegates to use at their leisure throughout their stay (Tue Thu). 11 Bronze This sponsorship provides your company the opportunity to sponsor a morning tea or lunch or afternoon tea on Wednesday and / or Thursday at QT Gold Coast. - catering signage with company logo - the Smiths morning tea announced by the session chair - acknowledgment in all print material and conference website - status associated with being a bronze sponsor - opportunity to include promotional material or product samples in the conference delegate satchel Catering Morning tea Lunch Afternoon tea One days catering (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea) 5,000 Bronze Registration brochure The conference registration brochure will be posted to all members (database of over 4,500 NZ wide), promoting the conference. A quality printed brochure, full colour with conference details, this marketing tool will be read widely. - your logo on the registration brochure front cover - full page advert (outside back) of the registration brochure (sponsor to provide print ready artwork) - status associated with being a bronze sponsor Bronze Handbook 2,500 Each delegate will receive the conference handbook on arrival at the conference. Delegates normally keep the conference handbook to refer to after the conference, and you get a full page advertisement. 12 Bronze Name badge On arrival to Gold Coast and the registration desk each member will receive their personal registration pack including a name badge featuring your branded logo. These will be worn by all attendees for the duration of the conference. - company logo featured on the name badges (alongside the MTA logo) - opportunity to provide a branded lanyard featuring company logo (sponsor to supply) - status associated with being a bronze sponsor Bronze Early registration prize To encourage delegates to sign up early, which assists with the planning of the conference, an early registration prize will be offered. This will be promoted on the registration brochure and with early marketing. - status associated with being a bronze sponsor - name association with the prize promoted as eg Smiths early registration prize Bronze Thursday tour Have your brand linked to a fun afternoon out for MTA members. 13 Terms and conditions Please complete and return the sponsorship application form at the end of this document. Cancellation policy MTA reserve the right to change the venue and duration of the event if exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of a change of venue and/or duration, the agreement to participate will remain in force so long as the exhibitor is informed in reasonable time before the event. - In the case of cancellation by the sponsor, notification in writing should be sent to the conference organiser. A refund of fees paid (less a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the sponsorship) will be made to any sponsor or exhibitor cancelling before Friday 24 July2015. No refunds will be provided after this date. - Full payment must be received within 21 days of the invoice date or prior to the conference, whichever is earliest. - Participation as a sponsor is at the discretion of the organisers and the organisers reserve the right to approve sponsorship materials. - The sponsor will fully reimburse MTA for all claims, losses or expenses arising as a result of any breach or failure to perform any of the terms of the sponsorship agreement.
