Exerting lbs. occasionally; lbs. frequently; or up to Exerting over 100 lbs. occasionally; lbs. frequently; or up to # Code Essential unctions % of Time 1 L Assists ecreation Division Manager by managing the operations 50% of the center by planning, organizing, developing, scheduling, and evaluating recreation and athletic programs; prepares program marketing materials, including flyers, pamphlets, and brochures; establishes team rosters, schedules leagues/tournaments, enforces rules/regulations of recreation and athletic programs; assists in the development of classes, schedules and implementation of activities programs; and chaperones youth, adults, and seniors during programs. 2 S Provides administrative support to ecreation Division Manager by collecting and inputting data; making recommendations for changes to policies and procedures; maintains inventory, distributes and orders supplies and equipment for recreation and athletic programs; supervises and trains recreation personnel; resolves administrative issues; and provides aerobic exercise support by instructing fitness classes. 25% 1

2 3 S Provides clerical support by assisting in program registration, answering telephones, cashiering for memberships and program fees; performing customer service to patrons; entering data, filing, and ensuring materials are organized; maintaining correspondence with other divisions or agencies; and may respond to public inquiry about the facility. 4 M Maintains the facility by sweeping and mopping tiled and gym floors; cleaning equipment; dusting; cleaning windows and glass surfaces; and cleaning, sanitizing and restocking bathrooms. 15% 10% 2
