No. of posts pay & Allowances :- The above posts will carry the following Pay Band plus admissible allowances. UDC [Group'C'J - Pay Band PB-1 [Rs Grade Pay Rs.2400) MTS fgroup'c') - Pay Band PB-1 [Rs Grade Pay Rs.1B00) Age limit fas on ) :- For Upper Division Clerks : Between 18 and27 years For Multi Tasking Staff : Between 18 and25 years. Age relaxation: Relaxation allowed in upper age limit as per the Govt. of India instructions in vogue in this regard. This concession will be available only to those sportsmen, who satisfy all other eligible conditions and furnish a certificate in the format and from the authority prescribed. Educational Qualification : For Upper Division Clerks 1-. Degree from a recognized University. 2. Working knowledge of Computer including use of office suites and databases. Note : The relaxation in terms of Computer Skill Test will be allowed initially to the candidates who recruited to the post of UDC under Sports quota, subject to acquire the same within two years from the date of appointment, otherwise they may be terminated from the services of ESI Corporation. After appointment of the candidates, annual increment will not be allowed until passing the Computer Skill Test as per rules within the completion of two year/probation period. The candidates have to be qualified in Computer Skill Test during their probation period. For Multi Tasking Staff Matriculation pass or equivalent. Note :- The selected candidates for both the posts on appointment will be on probation for a period of two years. -1-

2 Eligibility : 1. Sports person, who have represented a State or the Country in the National or lnternational competition in any games mentioned at prepage. 2. Sports person, who have represented University in the inter University tournament conducted by the inter University Sports Board in any of the sports mentioned at prepage. 3. Sports person, who have represented the State School teams in the National games for schools conducted by the All India Schools games federation in any of the games mentioned at prepage. 3 The following documents should be attached with the application form:- i. Two copies of recent passport size photographs duly attested by a Group 'A' /Group 'B' / Gazetted Officer with one photograph pasted on the application form. ii. Attested copies of certificates and testimonials in proof of age/date of birth/ educational qualification / castelexperit:nce and sports certificates etc. iii. Attested copy of Community/ Status certificate in the prescribed form in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category. Candidates claiming reservation/ age relaxation on grounds of belonging to OBC should submit the Community Certificate in Annexure 'A' prerscribed vide Govt. of India, Department of Personnel and Training OM No:360 LZ /22/93-Estt.[SCT) dated and modified vide G.O.l. DOP'I's OM No /3 /2004' EST(ResJ dated , failing which the benefit of reservation or age relaxation will not be given. iv. Two self-addressed envelopes of the size 23 cms X 10 cms. v. Demand Draft for specified amount. Those candidates, who are employed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies etc. should send their applications through proper channel. However, an advance copy of their application along with certificates and testimonials ma:/ be sent so as to reach this office before the due date.
